Engagement Terms
- Session length. 60 minutes, booked in 1-hour minimum increments.
- Payment. Packs are paid in full upfront to lock the discounted rate.
- Validity. Starter and Standard packs expire 6 months from purchase; Aligned pack, 12 months.
- Rollover. Unused hours are non-refundable but roll into a renewal.
- Scheduling. 24-hour cancellation notice; late cancellations may draw from the balance at my discretion.
- Rush. Same-day / out-of-hours requests billed at +50%.
